Restartless Restart - This very tiny (12KB) add-on will add a "Restart" menu item to the "File" menu, optional toolbar button, and a ctrl/cmd + alt + r hotkey to Firefox, Seamonkey, and Thunderbird which will restart the program
Low Quality Flash - This Firefox add-on uses JavaScript to alter OBJECT and EMBED tags on a page setting Adobe Flash objects to "Low Quality." This can vastly improve performance. It also helps if there's a site you love to read that just so happens to load 20 flash advertisements next to the article text.
