FindMyCar- runs in the background and uses the GPS to estimate where you last parked your car.
The GPS is activated mainly when connected to a car charger to eliminate battery drain. Once FindMyCar succeeded in estimating your car's position, you can click the car icon. A Google map will show up (for that an internet connection is needed)

GasMate is a Windows Mobile application written in C# that uses a SqlCe database to track your gas mileage. Every time you fill up, enter in a new ODO reading, and it will be automatically calculated. It also allows you to track car maintenance and warn you when you need to get an oil change, rotate your tires, change the air filter...etc
