InkExploreing - InkExploreing is a PWI ink notes viewer for Windows Mobile.
The app allows you to browse your storage card for PWI files using a folder-based interface. Tapping on a file will open it in the built-in reader.
Please note that the app only lets you view the notes and cannot edit them

BookPrezipper - This program allows you to select a large text file on your PocketPC (eg. Gutenberg.org text eBook). The program then 'instantly preformats' and zips it into a database viewable with the BookDezipper.

RTFHtmler - RTFHtmler allows you to convert RTF files to HTML files.
To use the app, locate the RTF file with the built-in file explorer, tap on it, type in the name for the HTML file, and the program will perform the conversion.
The resulted HTML page will be saved in the selected folder
