PlayStation Portable homebrew developers pront0 and joshi have released a new homebrew application that allows users to send messages via ad-hoc. It's called PMS (stop snickering), or PSP Message Service and it's currently on its initial release version 0.1
Pro-Messenger
Over at the PspWxp Forums, Qaz released a new messenger portal for people to use. It's called the Pro-Messenger, now on version 1.3, and if it looks like it's got a lot to offer.
