QBX DS A few days ago Francois Pessaux (aka Didou) released his QBX homebrew puzzle game for the DS. QBX is designed to test your mental mettle using 3D cubes which you have to align. In this most recent QBX beta version Didou has fixed the screens flipping problem. He also added a few animations and improved textures.
The gameplay is simple: move the shape and rotate the cube in order make lines. Any line made of 5 little cubes will then disapear. It's a lot like 3D Tetris, actually, and just as addictive.
To move the shapes and rotate the cube, use keypads A, X, Y, B for up/down/left, respectively. In addition, the bottom screen has five buttons that have the following functions from left to right:
1. Drop the shape
2. Zoomer in
3. Reset zoom
4. Zoomer out
5. Drop the shape (for lefties)
So far those who have tried playing QBX swear it's a great game and a lot of fun!
