Sopwith Lazy1 has released his port of SDL Sopwith to the Nintendo DS, as an alpha test release. He notes that it is playable, and he's not very good at finding bugs. There is currently no sound as well. Current bugs:
- Error message when trying to read .sopwithrc
- Key input needs to be redone

Zombie games are always in demand, whether it be a retail or homebrew title. Nobody has released the version 1.2 of The Living Dead, obviously a zombie game wherein you'll have to survive amidst the horrible hordes of zombies after your flesh.

Suzumebachi Suzumebachi This game looks promising, if only for the artwork alone. Over at the Project DS forums, K4y has released version 0.2 of SuzumeBachi which is supposed to be a shmup game, and it looks very nice.The only problem is, version 0.2 doesn't actually have anything aside from your hornet (suzumebachi means "hornet") and the ability to move around with the D-pad

It should be more difficult than the previous version, mainly because it throws a lot more enemies at you - especially in Zone 2.
