SpoonMission is a configurable countdown timer, with support for multiple timezone clocks.
Its primary function is to countdown to lift off/touch down of SpaceShuttle missions, but can be used for any timing purposes

Stopwatch for Windows Mobile is a compact stopwatch application which allows you to count times up or down. You can also specify the initial time where to start the timing from. Stopwatch uses simple controls and clear 7 segment LED display for displaying the elapsed time.

This program requires that you have both the 'BeanDLL.dll' file ** and ** the runtime files for Visual Basic on your PocketPC computer. Simply unzip the file for your processor and place the DLL file in the 'Windows' folder of your PocketPC computer
