Rotate Screen On Tray was a standard feature in Windows Mobile 2003 but no longer exists in Windows Mobile 6, also Windows Mobile 6 can rotate one degree only (Angle 90).
This small TrayApp can rotate 3 degrees and is controllable by a config file
ScreenCap, or Screen Capture saves a screenshot with whatever is currently on the Pocket PC screen.
ScreenCap is very easy to use. Start ScreenCap and then start which ever program's screen you wish to capture. When you have the screen you want to capture on the Pocket PC, press one of the buttons on the Pocket PC
Force High Resolution - Many applications display poorly on Pocket PC VGA as they don't support VGA mode, but use "double pixelisation". There's a work-around for this problem without having to go to "Full VGA" (as SE_VGA and OzVGA do). But this requires adding a little file next to each specific executable
PowerOptions is a software for HTC devices that allows you to easily soft reset, shut down, turn off backlight and put the device into standby mode.
A high priority was to use only "safe" functions, which will not harm the device. The shutdown method for one is the same HTC uses

GfxBoost - activates "QTV" mode for specific surfaces. This makes for example DirectDraw display smoother and: a bit slower or significantly faster, depending on how you look at it. It also seems to have a small effect on Direct3D/OpenGL.
This is a bit tricky! If you will benchmark it the result will be lower FPS. However, it will actually appear faster
