ImagesBluetooth is a JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, etc. picture previewer/Bluetooth sender that uses the Windows CE Internal API to view images. Simply select the folder where the images are located and tap on a picture to preview it.

The app will play the video and when you tap on the video the program will convert it to JPEG. You can then draw on it with the drawing tools
