ResizerBMPs is a 24-Bit Bitmap file re-sizer with built in file interface. Use the file explorer to locate the file that you want to compress/expand and tap on it. The program will create a new BMP (with the size ratio in the settings) and place it into the storage folder with the file ending of the ratio
