VJSmallIcons - This program is used to shrink the icons in the Start Menu > Programs launcher built into Pocket PCs.
Note: it only works once, each time you change the folder. So assign it to a hardware key.
Note: you must launch "programs" once before use; it will complain if you don't.
Install the cab and launch the shortcut
Swfht - Swfht is a utility which can create the .HTM file that Pocket Internet Explorer needs to play a Flash file.
It's all in Japanese but the screen display is simple enough to understand the concept. You can readily see that the SWF file must be found and that the selected resolution must be determined

Pocket M3Gate - Pocket M3Gate is a WAP navigator. It supports the WML pages that you might usually view on your mobile phone.
The interface very much resembles that of Pocket Internet Explorer with the ability to define favourites. However, I could not get a easy to read font.
Pocket M3Gate uses HTTP, so there's no need for a WAP gateway
iBoce - iBoce is a small program that allows to to boot Linux (or some other O.S.) directly from Windows CE tm, without the need for flashing your iPAQ. It does so by preloading the required data (kernel image, root image, ...) into RAM before preparing the hardware and jumping to the kernel entry point
