Sleep Well Having hard time falling asleep? Try this prerecorded audio relaxation technique that was used for over three thousand years. The Sleep Well software includes 15 minutes of breathing exercise and awareness rotation that was shown to be effective in alleviating insomnia. Lay down on your back, spread feet slightly, arms alongside of the body, palms are lying down on top of one another covering ether the solar plexus. Make sure you are comfortable and have no unnecessary tension as you prepare to begin the sequence. Place the PDA on the pillow, click the Sleep button and follow the directions of your personal relaxation trainer to fall asleep fast. The software can also be used for relaxation during the day. No headphones necessary. After the user falls asleep the PDA is turned off automatically. Trial version allows you to listen to half of the exercise sequence.
Note: You do not need to uninstall the trial version, the full version will overwrite the trial software.
The software is compatible with Pocket PC 2002 or later, including Windows Mobile 5.0.
