Ghardeno is a "tasks/shopping/misc." list organizer for your Palm, which aims to replace (or complete) the built-in "To Do" application. Its approach to list management is quite different from other similar software. Basically, the idea is that it is easier to directly manipulate things than to tag them with abstract properties (such as priority numbers)
Hot Date is a useful viewer, giving an effective display of your obligations for the day, particularly if you're not a user of To Do List priorities.
The display of future untimed, alarmed events is excellent functionality that's not available in any other application, as is the frequent contact list
GreatDates is perfect for busy people who don't want their daily appointment schedule cluttered with personal events. Keep all your information organized in event lists that are easily accessible and that always show the next time events will occur
SplashNotes (Palm OS) - Whether you are taking notes in class or a meeting, planning a project, keeping track of vehicles or health, or just outlining your ideas, SplashNotes is a very powerful assistant. Create outlines of any size and complexity, and turn them into checklists if you wish. Attach notes and drawings for quick reference
Life Balance is coaching software that provides a dynamically ordered To Do List driven by the importance of your goals, your desired allocation of time and effort, and feedback from what you get done each day.
Some of the benefits of using Life Balance that set it apart from most to-do list software are:
The Outline keeps home, work and leisure tasks organized
Anagram - Anagram instantly translates text you select on your screen into Contact or Calendar records in Outlook, Salesforce.com, or Palm Desktop. Simply select the text describing an upcoming meeting or a new address and press a user-defined shortcut key. anagram instantly interprets the text, placing the proper information in the appropriate fields
Event Floater - Why do you have to pay for third party bloatwares only to have floating events? Event Floater is the answer to this question. Event Floater does and only does what it's supposed to do: make floating events in the built-in Calendar/Date Book. You don't need any additional databases
Tsk2Cal (Tasks to Calendar) is an application that transfers completed tasks from todo/PTod database to date/PDat database.
ToDo to Datebook (aka ToDo Transfer) can do this too, but ToDo Transfer only supports old PIM databases
Cal2Tsk (Calendar to Tasks) transfers near future Calendar events to Tasks. It would be useful if you don't want to see all future TODOs from Tasks. For example, if you just got a good idea for someone's birthday, but his birthday is 9 months later. You cannot do anything about it until few days before the date. There can be several solutions for this issue
