DeanK must have been on vacation or something because its been a few days since we got a new update.A Just kidding because I don't think that deank or or aldo take any time off with all of the great releases that they are providing to the PS3 scene
BwE NOR Validator
Here is something useful for those of you in the PS3 scene.A BwE NOR Validator is out with some major updates.A In this latest version which is 1.09 issues with the metldr, bootldr and CoreOS have been resolved.A Also there are now more than 220 validations to make sure you corruption checks are good to go
Unnofficial ReActPSN Update version 2.23b
The unnoficial build of ReActPSN brings us to version 2.23b.A This was created to assist users using Rebug 4.21.2 cfw.A See the developer notes below and check it out.

PKG/SPKG Tools
PS3 Developer Nathan_r32_69 has released the PKG/SPKG Tools for your PS3 consoles.A These are windows based and use failoverflow's tools to convert PKG files the the new format that is known as SPKG.A One of the many tools in this will convert the old PKG files to the new SPKG format so you can use them on your 4.XX CFW PS3
IrisManager version 1.25
One reason many have remained on 3.55 CFW is because those users were using the IrisManager as their backup manager.A Now that is not an issue as IrisManager has been updated by D_Skywalk and Estwald to include support for 4.xx custom firmware.

It was only about 10 days ago that we posted version 1.25 of IrisManager and the QJ users have spoken by making it one of the most popular downloads of that week.A Well, today we are happy to give you IrisManager version 1.38 from PS3 developer DSkywalk.A This update to the light PS3 backup manager has been updated with some new ftp code
Alphabetical XMB Installer
Developer Exeedy has released the Alphabetical XMB Installer.A This is version 0.1 and it lets users organize their XMB icons in alphabetical order.A This can only be used on the first user account so keep that in mind.A You also need to utilize multiMAN to installl the XMB mod. Be sure to also read the dev notes below
