There were a pair of nasty mistakes in the previous release of PS3 Video 9. While they weren't software bugs per se, they likely resulted in causing all your video conversions to fail if you used the default settings
TIFF (TicHack's file)
User TicHack from PS3-Hacks Forums just discovered a possible TIFF exploit for the PlayStation 3 running on U.S. Firmware 1.93. According to the user, he copied some of the TIFF images in the console's HDD after they appeared on the memory card
