arachetous has released this 4.60 version spoofer that's compatible with all standard 4.50 and 4.55 CEX custom firmwares. For those of you without DEX, Cobra, or NoBD patches, this is one way to get yourself connected to the PlayStation Network. Other apps like psnpatch are also suggested if you want to avoid a ban while logging in. Check out a full compatibility list, and more details below!
