I think i am finished with this now as it will edit,write a system_plugin.rco and make a wav to a vag plus vag to wav.
i have also stream lined it so it will not freeze by multiple threading

Youresam has released LUA .Wav Hex-Opener for the PSP. LUA .Wav Hex-Opener is an Lua program for opening wave files and display the wave graph of the audio clip, displaying all the variables of the audio clip like sample rate, channels, bit rate and etc. After the program is launched, it will try to parse the audio clip

MP3-ID3
TheEmulatorGuy from our forum has released MP3-ID3 v0.01beta for PSP. MP3-ID3 is an MP3 tag reader program for the PSP. TheEmulatorGuy was originally planning to make an ID3 tag editor, but he had to move on to other projects. So he released this as a milestone. This program is capable of reading MP3 ID3v1/v2 tags and browsing files

Hey.
During the development of my game I wanted to be able to playback MP3's using the PSP's media engine processor. Knowing that there existed a few libs already I decided to try and use one rather than reinventing the wheel.
The best and most powerful one that I saw seemed to be Sakya's example from LightMP3

how 2 use:
- add Mute.prx to vsh.txt
- plug in your headphones
- enable Mute.prx in CFW recovery menu
- listen to your favorite music
- pull the phoneplug and the music (vsh) should pause till you reinsert the plug.
