MbShell Artillery
With the release of the website a new build of Artillery is available, the 0.06 version. For Artillery this marks the end of a specific range of builds. It will be the last 0.0x version, meaning it has gone beta. The 0.06 also marks the end of the C era for Artillery, I've been working hard to convert the whole shell to C++

Team PSPCrazy (Slasher and Xigency) have released their first program as a team called: PSPOSX v0.1. This program is a PSP shell that will view pictures, play music, browse files, execute homebrew and much more. This program is intended for 1.5 use at the current time and is considered a "beta"
Ys-Os version 1.8
Yossi Starz has released a new version of the LUA Shell, Ys-Os version 1.8 which is a great improvement over the 1.0 version, and this time is provided with ample documentation for developers, runs smoother and is a better looking shell

Dark Karnage Shell
Homer and Lil13lazin have released the first beta of their DarkKarnage Shell for the PSP. They have only been working on this for 18 hours straight, so do not expect too much from it just yet. This Shell looks really nice, and the great thing is that this Shell is compatible with all firmwares except 2.7
XT1-OS
Well, for some reason, people just can't get enough of shells. And there's so many options available. Well, you guys can add one more today. Devun_06 from our forums has just added to the growing list of shells. This one's called XT1-OS or XT1-Operating Shell. And it's got features by the bucketloads.
The GUI is nice, along with MP3 playback and skins
