PSPlorer 1.5
If you found PSPlorer v1.4 useful, then you'll be happy to know that pspZorba has rolled out version 1.5 of the application. For those who aren't too familiar with this program, it is a file brower which provides quite a number of features that advanced PSP users will appreciate.

Winnydows Commander
Homebrew developer Winnydows (the same nice lady who brought us Xvid4PSP) has released a new hoemrbew application called Winnydows Commander.
Once installed in your computer, it acts as a media manager (complete with video compression/convert functions!) for various devices like the PSP or iPhone

If you need to find a PSP file manager then you are in look because pfile version 0.1 is out.A The pfile plugin works with 6.60 ME and PRO and can be used to copy, cut or paste files.A You can also use pfile to delete files from your CFW enabled PSP
XManager
Homebrew dev xerpi has released XManager Beta, a handy file brower that, packed with different features that is not commonly available on your PSP.
Some of the features of XManager includes a nifty media player, image viewer, ability to move, delete, copy, rename files from our Memory Stick, and the ability to extract data archives (zip) straight from your PSP
