The people over at Consoleworld have released a new update of their CWCheat Universal Cheat Device for the PSP that will make breaking the rules for your PSP games easier. CWCheat v0.1.3b now adds three games to their database, for a total of 115 games and 1,997 cheats supported by v0.1.3b
