PSP Homebrew Locator
Alex Richter has updated his Homebrew Locator for the PSP. It focuses on the eLoader, delivering the latest compatible homebrew for it.
New features for this version include :
* 30-50% less memory usage.
* Firmware 1.5 Support (not very good yet).
* Asynchronous downloads. So no more freezing.
* DL.QJ.NET used for downloads/screenshots
PSARDumper
PSPPet has released a new version of his PSARDumper firmware decryption program. This is a legal tool that allows you to decrypt any firmware, in effect 'reverse engineering' the PSP. Version 0.2Ae adds support to decrypt 2.6 prx's. The dumped files are same as the files in the PSP NAND Flash except the "SIG check key" is not generated

Stefano Russello has released a new version of his PBP editing tool, PSPBrew. PSPBrew lets you to edit .PBP files (EBOOT's), allowing users to organize your homebrew applications and change icons
DV Wall Editor
DV Wall-Editor v2 is created by Devun_06, a member of our forums. He has basically edited his own application to add support for the PSP's resolution - 480x272.
The application definitely has a steep learning curve. But there's some documentation bundled to ease you into the process of making wallpapers
