A few weeks back, we talked about KIWIDOGGIE's KFWFlasher for the PSP. The app was welcomed with acerbic comments and because of that the dev has released a new version of the app in our forums recently. He says that the new release, KFWFlasher .37 Alpha, has other features like "backing up UMDs and flashable apps"
Flash Agent F2
Hallo07 is back, and is now releasing version F2 of his Flash Agent app. For those asking, this homebrew application allows you to clear up flash chip, change your gameboot, or flash your default settings - the more veteran devs may want to give this a try (in case you haven't picked up on it)
prxdecrypterv1.2
Jas0nuk has released a new version of decrypter303 over on the MaxConsole forums, only it's now known as prxdecrypter. Aside from the name change, version 1.2 includes support for the recently released firmwares 3.10 and 3.11
Generic Flasher
Well, look what we have here. Slasher from Team Duck has dropped by our forums to share with us his Generic Flasher that basically flashes whatever your file you may want to... er... flash. So, here's how it works.
According to Slasher, this applicatin is for just about any custom firmware version, including 3.03 OE-C and 3.10 OE-A
PSP Homebrew Installer Maker (2/17/07 update)
KlmSoftware Network has released another updated to their PSP Homebrew Installer Maker, cleaning it up while adding support for Microsoft Vista use.
Here's the changelog for their installer maker:

* If run on Windows XP (and lower), it will launch the original installer

Sleepy's released a minor upgrade to Tommydanger's oft-used Devhook Firmware Installer. As he mentions, he's edited the program to increase its compatibility and to support newer firmwares.

BadBoy recently released a new version of his OE customizer. Now called 3.0x OE Customizer v1.3, this should make customizing your PSP a whole lot easier, if you're willing to take the risk.
The risk, you might ask? Well, it writes to flash, so you may brick your PSP in doing so
