QJ.Net tipster bruce33 informed us that Marce82 just made a new homebrew application for your PlayStation Portable (PSP). You might remember the coder as the same person who provided us with Updater Flasher 3.xx UE. Anyway, this new release still concerns recovery and custom firmwares
Prx Flasher Edition
Forum member deadzone has released an English version of PrxFlasher, a new homebrew app that lets you change what applications launch from your PSP's XMB, over on our PSP Development forums. PrxFlasher has only been tested in 3.03 OE. Also, this app modifies your PSP's Flash0 so be very careful when using it
PatchSFO for 3.XX OE

A few short days after creating Custom Firmware 1.62 IE-C Update 3 for our usage, PSP homebrew coder becus25 once again dropped by the QJ.Net Forums to announce the release of Custom Firmware 1.62 IE-D. Minor bug fixes aside, version "D" also carries several new features:

Homebrew developer Poisonhzkj just updated pet application SCEP-XMB. Well, sorta. Because, for twice in a row now, the coder's been releasing a preview of v1.7. Basically, the plugin is useful for usbhost game playing as it enables "scx.prx" in "vsh.txt" as well as "scx_mg.prx" in "game.txt"
