Links2 Standalone (r1090)
Links2 has now been released as a stand-alone application. Yep, you don't need to turn on PSPRadio and use Links2 as a plugin. The advantages of using this approach are big. You get more memory for Links2 since PSPRadio isn't running in the background.

Flash IC Drawing board for 2.7 firmware
Here's another application for all those 2.7 users out there. Fblade1987 from our forums has released his Flash application suitable for the PSP , IC Drawing Board. IC Drawing board stands for Indie Cruise Paint, and is a simple flash application that allows you to draw things in the PSP browser, much like MS Paint
TVSP
Lok Tai (Andy) Fung has released version 0.2 of his TVSP, a LocaltionFree substitution homebrew.
According to the author's message, the new version fixes the PixelWidth issue that you may have been experiencing while watching TV on your PSP. With this new version, you don't have to set PixelWidth to 320 anymore
IC DrawingBoard

is a piece of software the will connect to a Shoutcast server and fake it's a file download instead of a stream. This means your PSP will think it's a normal file-download (of 1GB size). If you put such a file in an RSS feed, it allows you to listen to your favorite Shoutcast servers on your PSP anywhere and even with firmware 2.7
