Vsh Resource Manager
PSP homebrew coder becus25 is back and has just released the newest version of Vsh Resource Manager. It's now on version 0.2 and its now compatible with OE, M33, and Wildcard custom firmware.

LUA SMOOVE
Martin Wisniowski (also known as020200) has released version 0.91 of his SMOOVE Pixel, tile, and spriteeditor.

tgaWave Creative Studio
Vulpix is back with an update for tgaWave Creative Studio. This bumps up the app to version 1.10, and he's added a modified version of tgaWave that asks if you want to change the speed of the waves. JasonV's PSP Mod
JasonV has released a replacement GUI for Jonnys popular PMP Mod v2.00, and I must say, it's looks really nice. This GUI replacement now shows thumbnails of the selected file.
Thumbnails are generated at the same time that the pos file is created, and they are a snapshot of the last viewed frame of the video before when you exited playback

PMP Mod AVC
PSP dev wonder Ahman (the guy behind the oh-so wonderful iR Shell) just gave us a heads-up on some plugins for the iR Shell. And by some, we mean five whopping PSP plugins. What are they? Go check 'em out below!
First on the list is PMP Mod AVC v1.02N for fw 2.71, which enables users to watch full resolutions videos on the PSP
