7WiN - Lua Windowing System
PSP homebrew maker Yongobongo dropped by the QJ.net forums to release 7WiN - LUA windowing system v1.0. It's a pretty nifty windows app that supports multi-tasking. The windows are highly customizable - all color and image variables come with the package, and you just have to dig it from the LUA file to do some editing

Great news to those avid user of the XLink Kai service. A certain Japanese coder named Yuki-mi has released a nifty plugin, based on the program, that allows you to run Xlink Kai without any adapter.

- Windows XP 32bit (It's possible in Vsita or 7 64bit, but trouble.

First on the list is PMP Mod AVC v1.02N for fw 2.71, which enables users to watch full resolutions videos on the PSP

Dark_Alex's new 3.03 OE-A's Popstation will now handle compressed ISOs. TheAceOfFire's AutoPopstation puts the "Auto" in the name of the program by handling a few tasks for you in the process of compressing what is on your CD into something that will be (a) on your PSP and (b) hopefully smaller

Easy Ultimate Cheat Installer
Over on QJ.NET's PSP Development forums, LogiKz has released the Easy Ultimate Cheat Installer. The installer pack includes the following homebrew applications:

To run the installer, connect your PSP to your computer and run "Easy Ultimate Cheat Installer
