Version .3 in particular is compatible with custom PSP firmware 4.01 M33

CXMB developer poisonhzkj has cleaned out a few of the bugs spotted by observant users in yesterday's CXMB v3.2 release. The developer has now come out with a quick bugfix version that addresses the bugs in CXMB v3.2's random theme function.

Everyone's favorite homebrew theme installer Pxl_Installer is updated once again, and this time there are new minor improvements that gives the application a better user experience.
