  (fxPR) MKULTRA Mod

from NoEffex:

Despite the "mod" title, I recoded a pretty good portion of the actual "engine" per se, what loads the cheats, what applies the cheats, what saves, and so on, rather than just editing the looks and calling it my own.

It also uses a custom malloc set that, even though it's a kernel module, it uses user space for saving cheats, which there is an abundance of, as opposed to the 4 or so mb of kernel ram.

I also removed the search, decoder, and browser as usually it's unused, and a huge chunk of memory.

I don't have any screenshots on hand, and there's no readme. If you need a readme, it works the same exact way as NitePR, except it loads infinitely quicker, and when you save it rids of all your foolish little comments that wreak havoc on the memory and it saves the addresses in "%X" as opposed to "%08lX", thus it can take up to 14 bytes out of every line of cheating, and with that, I had to recode the loader, which instead of

load 2 bytes->parse->load 2 more

it does

load whole thing->parse

and it works fine.

NewBTCNFedit  Homebrew developer FreePlay dropped by Qj.NET PSP Development Forum and released an application called NewBTCNFedit. 3.90 M33 Easy Installer Most of us probably know how hard it is to upgrade firmware. Luckily, Lewishamilton and Stiffmeister have created an application that should simplify the process of upgrading your PSP. They've developed the first 3.90 M33 Easy Installer program for the PSP, which should allow you to upgrade to 3.90 M33 on Windows 2000, XP and Vista machines
PSP-HUDPSP-HUD

PSP ButtonHook for FW2.71 You gotta love this dev 0okm, he has been banged up several times in the comments section and he just bounces back in the scene as if nothing happened
easyChoiceeasyChoice
easyChoice  We're sure you've been waiting for homebrew developer xart's update on Choice, and today, you're in luck. Xart has just released Choice Beta 1.1 and easyChoice version 1.5. Choice is a GUI (graphical user interface) for custom firmware and is recommended for use on 3.51 M33
Recovery FlasherRecovery Flasher
Recovery Flasher from Hellcat: What is this? And why? - Flashes a fresh M33 CFW (3.71, 4.01, 5.00) for recovering semi-bricks or to up-/downgrade CFW - does not use Pandora, runns from the recovery menu or the XMB - does not use (as in launch) the original Sony Updater (only extracts all required files from the original .PBP) - runns fine on CFWs lower than 3
CWCheatCWCheat
CWCheat  It seems as if it was just this week that the latest CWCheat came out... Oh, snaps. It really was just this week! Anyways, if PSPUpdates is known for anything, it's for living up to its name. Hence, for today, we give you a CWCheat update from Henry Chilcott. True enough, he was able to give us what he promised the last time
IDStorage ManagerIDStorage Manager
IDStorage Manager  Homebrew developer Chilly Willy has just rolled out a new build for utility application IDStorage Manager that brings it up to version 1.2. Definitely a welcome release since the last update this program had was way back in March. Like the name implies, this program views, dumps, and verifies existing keys found in your PlayStation Portable units

It's been some time since we've head about Sony PlayStation Portable homebrew developer Mr305's XmbController Plugin kit, a piece of homebrew that lets us view the Cross Media Bar in a completely different way
XmbControllerXmbController
XmbController  After a somewhat long hiatus from homebrew developer Mr305, he's been working pretty hard on updating the XmbController Plugin kit that he's developed. This nifty app gives a fresh new look to your Cross Media Bar. This latest version is a quick add-on to fix a previous issue connected to the analog stick. Mr305's post on the QJ
