Psar Dump .02b is the first version capable of extract firmware version 2.6 and 2.7. This version cannot decrypt firmware.

According to the homebrew developer, the fix does not tackle any internal bugs for it uses the same main code

Homebrew developer Raphael has released an update for the JoySens analog stick sensitivity plugin on the QJ.NET PSP Development forums. This update is essentially the same as the old JoySens v1.2 except for one thing: 3.71M33 support.
Raphael notes that this is just a preliminary release and isn't guaranteed to work 100 percent just yet
