PSP Homebrew developer qwikrazor87 has released an update to his PSP homebrew application known as PSPBPacker.A This brings PSPBPacker to version 3.0.A PSPBPacker gives you the ability to customize EBOOTs and allows you to modify the title as well as parental levels.A You can also make changes to or remove the ICON0.PNG, ICON1.PMF, PIC0.PNG, SNDO.AT3, DATA.PSP AND DATA.PSAR files.
Another nice feature is that if you need to restore the original EBOOT you can do so from your backup.A Qwikrazor87 advises not to make any edits or changes to the DATA.PSP as well as the DATA.PSAR unless you are positive that you know what you are doing so that you don't brick your PSP.
Controls
In the file browser:
Digital Pad Up / Down: Scrolling in the file browser.
X: Go to selected directory.
Triangle: Up one directory.
Square: Login to selected EBOOT menu to make changes.
Now you can customize the graphical user interface (GUI). With the select button is accessed customize the GUI.
Now use the LUA interpreter PGE.
Recoded from scratch.

Now you can unlock extra RAM for a eboot (PSP Slim only).
Now you can display the info of PARAM.SFO.
