PSP homebrew developer j3r3mie has been around for quite a while now. He was the one who released the iPhone Simulator T2 PSP shell a few months ago, plus a couple other PSP homebrew games on the side. Here's a first for him though: Text 2 Draw is coded in C.
J3r3mie describes this application as totally useless, but well... I guess its in its "uselessness" that you'll actually find its novelty and uniqueness. For one thing, it outputs some pretty trippy color combinations - almost hypnotic, actually.
Text 2 Draw allows you to generate "images, mosaics, and drawings" using text.
