As the name implies Go Paint is a LUA-coded utility designed to allow users to create graphics on PSP. So far this app allows for many advanced functions like resolution changes and even saving in .jpg or .png format. However it should be noted that this is a Spanish language utility, so English speakers may have a little bit of an issue navigating through the many menus. A roughly translated changelog is below!
Features:
Lets Use It: Drop, Brush, Line, Box, Circle and Text.
Allows you to use a palette of over 70 colors.
Allows you to change the contrast of the image.
Lets change the resolution of the image.
You can save the image in png or jpg.
We can decide if the image background is white or transparent.
We can load music while we draw.
We can change the background color of the image.
When we draw an x and y position detector where we are.
We can change the thickness of the tool to use.

Improvements:
Brush
Pencil / Brush: A tool that combines classic pencil with brush, maximum size 480x272 pixels.
Brush effect: the brush tool that combines the functions of effects: negative, white and Black, light, opacity threshold, the area is limited to 480x1 pixels.
Crayon: A tool that looks like a crayon, sizes from 1 to 3, 1 = 3 pixels, 2 = 5 pixels 3 = 7 pixels.
Filler
Normal Mode: Just fill in the same color.
Stop Mode: Only stop when it finds the color that was selected.
Picture
For square and rectangular shapes, press trigger R / L to change the control mode.
Line
For lines at different angles, press Trigger R / L to change the control mode.
Circle
Type 1: circle, half circle, quarter circle.
Type 2: Circle made a€<a€<up of points, you can change the amount of points and the size of the dots.
Type 3: Circle tv source, it is actually the letter "o".
Triangle
For triangles, press Trigger R / L to change the control mode.
Texts
Source: Using ttf font loaded.
Monospace: Create a monospaced font.
Proportional: Create a proportional font.
Colors
To choose the colors, click on the gadget of the colors to have a color.
Mirror
Flips the image horizontally or vertically, you can move the position and adjust the mirror.
Dropper
To choose a color from the image, click on the gadget of the colors to have a color.
Edition
To edit the image, you can invest, rotate, resize, crop, effect, you can also limit the area of a€<a€<effect.
Print
To print one image on top, you can rotate, flip, effect, you can also save the picture.
Copy / Paste
Copies an area of a€<a€<the image and paste, you can rotate, flip, effect, you can also save a copy, free copy function is not available in this version.
Spray
You can raise the level of pressure, creating light and shade of color, choose different colors to create different effects, the circular form is not available for this version.
Gadget
Colors: To choose the color of work, you can change the transparency color, on = 0 total transparency, the sheet becomes transparent, off = 255 without transparency.
Coordinates: Displays the coordinates, the center position size, the size and half.
Squad: Alignment aid. Lock: limit the controls to a touch at once, allows you to move pixel by pixel, press select to enable or disable.
Eye: View in detail the working point.
