Netlib just gets better with every release. The homebrew by Youresam started out as a library of functions so PSP developers don't have to re-type the code. Then it added phone-dialling feature, then email support and then text messaging. You can read all about Netlib's already-in features here.
If you were wondering what's next for Netlib, the wondering stops here with the newly released v2.0. With Netlib v2.0, you can easly create an online lua game. You can send and receive data from a server using simple commands, and still have a rock solid 60 FPS. Other new features:
* Switched to UDP, for faster data sending/recieving
* Added Alert-Me-When
There's more info available on the readme text included in the download file. Oh, and Youresam prepared a short demo movie and it's also in the file. You may want to take alook at that. For questions and stuff you can post them at forum's release thread.
