Homebrew developer for the PSP, Gh0ztx, has recently released a game called Y.A.R.G. The Lua RPG. Apparently, this is the dev's first release, and for a maiden creation, this doesn't look bad at all. Y.A.R.G. stands for Yet Another RPG Game and its graphics where taken from a game called N.A.R.G. (Not Another RPG Game), while the Fadeing Code, Ai code, and the SkullGuy Grpahics were given to him by Zion.
But not everything that makes this game works we're handed to him, the dev had to mod a lot of the AI code for it work in the game. He mentions that he slaved for three weeks just to finsh the game and it would mean a lot to him if you could give him your suggestions and comments. And since it's his first release, how bout giving him some encouragement too?
Before you download the game, you should know that the downloaded file is a set-up for 3.03 OE-B, so for those loyal to the 1.5FW, you'll need Stefano Russello's PSPBrew which you can get here. It's a standalone Lua game therefore you don't need to have Lua player installed to play it.
