Team666 member TheDevilHimself updated his "fast-coded" homebrew plug-in, Battery Percentage for XMB, and released it as BatteryXMB R2. The previous version imposed itself over the battery level indicator, but R2 completely solves that issue with a quick repositioning.
Other fixes include adjustments to weed out flickering, patching up the "100%" label so it doesn't end up showing "10%," and a more mandatory red hue to stand out against the backdrop - unless you use a red backdrop of similar shade, which might make the font blend in.
But because the homebrew developer lacks time, the PRX doesn't come with bundled documentation. The plug-in could do little harm to your PSP, but if it's your first time to add a plugin to your PlayStation Portable, you would do well to ask for help at the release thread in QJ.NET's PSP Development Forums.
