Half-Byte Loader (HBL) is an open source Homebrew Loader for the Sony PSP. It allows to play fan-made games on any PSP up to firmware 6.20. HBL allows to run emulators for the Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo 64, Sega Megadrive, NES, Super NES... and many other applications. HBL is currently the ONLY way to play homebrew games on any PSP that has a firmware 5.50, 5.55, 5.70, 6.00, 6.10, 6.20 (HBL works on all known firmwares), including on the PSP Go.

Art's released X-Flash v18h, and fans of the custom firmware we like to call "3.03 Oh Yeah!" will be pleased at this latest version. The most notable addition to the X-Flash changelog has to be that v18h supports 3.03 OE-A, which means that custom users can mess around with their PSP just like they used to before they made the switch. Fast Scroll Music Fast Scroll Music

This increases the vertical scrolling speed of Music player by around 50%. You can scroll 300 songs in 10 seconds using this. This is the maximum possible speed that can be achieved without directly hacking vshmain.prx.
It works in the Photos menu as well if you open the Music player first.

Just a little update to the fatmsmod patch, it stopped working in 5.00 due to a sony file changing its name.
Instructions: decrypt 3.71 using psardumper (square option).
Copy the file fatmsmod.prx in the root of memory stick.
Copy FATMS371 to /PSP/GAME or /PSP/GAME5XX. Run the program and done
