This program relates to an obsolete Pay TV encryption system,
and is not intended to aid in pay television piracy.
Back in the day it was possible to use this algo,
and it's signature algorithm counterpart to produce programs to maintain
pirate tv cards, or to produce programs that run on the cards themselves.
This is just a little PSP demo with the keys from Rashid's original document
hard coded into the demo program.
A live visual decryption of the Plain Master Key can be seen.
The "11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11" Hex Master Key from the
example doesn't give too much of a visual display,
but the second example in this YouTube video:
http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=h96QVoUDvoA
uses a different key set which is also made up from arbitrary byte values.
The PSP demo is a user mode program,
and has been tested with 3.52 and 1.50 kernels on 3.52 M33 custom firmware.

Red_Squirrel has once again updated the RSPsar Dumper homebrew application, bumping it up to version 2.2. Perhaps the biggest feature that differentiates this update from the previously released version is compatibility for firmware 3.90 eboots.

In any event, here's the changelog from v1.7 to v1

Talking to Coldbird the other day, he told me that he wasn't happy with the way Cpasjuste's overclock mod worked. The fact that it simply overwrote your module loading file meant that if you had installed any other mods, they wouldn't work

It was just yesterday when we heard the latest update on the FW 3.50 downgrader, directly from Fanjita and the Noobz team. It was mentioned that they already have a Korean Lumines UMD and are currently working to make the program compatible to it.
They said that the release was soon but little did we know that it's going to be today
