Homebrew coder splodger15 dropped by QJ Forums today and released another application called Lua Flasher. A few of this developer's most notable creations are probably PSP Turismo and Patch SFO v.01.
Anyway, this next project is entirely different , and much more useful if we may add, from those two. Lua Flasher, when run, offers the ability to change and create backups of the listed files below when flashing. The backup files will be placed to the root of your memory stick.
* Flash Backgrounds: (01-12.bmp)
* Top Menu Plugin: (Icons)
* Opening Plugin: (Startup sound)
* Gameboot.PMF: (Movie played when a game is started)
* System_Plugin_bg: (Background Waves)
splodger15 was also wise to add a feature that prevents the pogram from running when the battery life of your PlayStation portable is below 75%. Given this, please still take all necessary precautions whenever your dealing with programs such as Lua Flasher. Even splodger15 mentioned that you should use this with caution because there is always a chance of bricking.
