-Fifthly, Choose Deinterlace>Even Scanlines Only...
-Finally, In PSP/GAME/TVSP folder, you see TVSP.ini. Open it and
change it to your local IP Address...

Lok Tai (Andy) Fung has released version 0.2 of his TVSP, a LocaltionFree substitution homebrew.
According to the author's message, the new version fixes the PixelWidth issue that you may have been experiencing while watching TV on your PSP. With this new version, you don't have to set PixelWidth to 320 anymore
