It seems that no amount of protest or banning could stop Edison Carter from improving his creation, VCS CheatDevice. Yup, the dev just released version 2.2 of his CheatDevice that has made GTA:VCS more exciting to lpay with. If you've been having fun with the teleport locations or playing with gravity, then you're bound to be more hyped with this version.
So what's new? Well, if you prefer cruising in a motorcyle, then you'd be happy to know that there is now a Never Fall Off Your Bike feature. Aside from that, you could also hover cars and bikes and set wanted level. Also, version 2.2 now has support for DevHook v0.51.01. Here are the other stuff that's new with this release.
* Automatic Flip Over
* Walking Speed
* Rocket Boost
First time that you're going to use this app? Not to worry, we'll also hook you up with installation instructions and reminders. But be sure that you also get to read the readme file that comes with the download. Now, where were we? Ah yes, the installation mumbo-jumbo. Here it is:
1. Copy vcscheatdevice.prx X:dhkd (then replace X: with the drive letter of your PSP)
2. Edit this file: X:dh1flash0kdpspbtcnf_game.txt and replace the '271' with the emulated firmware version you want to use such as 260, 250, 200
3. And add the line ms0:/dh/kd/vcscheatdevice.prx
4. After the line ms0:/dh/kd/devhook.prx
IMPORTANT: After installing, wait at least 30 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets corrupt, use chkdsk /f X:
