PocketPower - Did your Ipaq power button break? Mine did. This application gives you a way to turn your ipaq off by running an application, or even better, setting one of the buttons to turn your device on and off. Choose whichever button is convenient, or simply click on the application.

VJSmallIcons II - This little program is used, like VJSmallIcons, to change the view mode of the "Programs" program launcher built into the Pocket PC.
Please launch Programs before launching VJSmallIcons II.
There are no command line options, just a configuration menu enabled by clicking on the little icon in the top right corner
EnumWindowsCe - EnumWindowsCE is a type of TaskManager that lists the running programs on the Pocket PC. Simulating the function of the "Alt+Tab" of a Windows PC, it lets you jump from one program to another
Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging - This tweak disables the HTC messaging app, and reverts back to the original Windows messaging application, i.e. pocket outlook, for text messaging.
The tweak is reversible by just uninstalling the CAB from Settings > Remove Program. Again, you will be prompted to restart your device to effect the changes
RKeyScroll - RKeyScroll is an utility that smoothly scrolls the current window, instead of jumping page by page, when pressing a directional key.

Wakeup Tweak - Wakeup Tweak is a little program that corrects a bug that appeared in Windows Mobile 2003 concerning alarms that don't always ring when they should.
Everyone knows now that the PocketPC turns itself on at midnight to execute some maintenance routines, in particular the alarm initialisation
Backstep - This is a simple utility that will toggle the backlight of a Compaq iPaq from Off-Low-High-Low-Off each time it is run. There is no user interface, it just does its job and exits. I have assigned it to the record button on my iPAQ, so that I can easily toggle the backlight off and on whenever I wish
