This is a power management component, with a very small footprint, that resembles PDA's power management utilities which put the system into standby when the battery reaches a preset critical level
DevState - This is today plug-in for Pocket PC 2003 and Windows Mobile 5.0. This enables to add mainly 3 functions on your today screen like below:
- Displays Memory/Storage status.
- Displays Battery/Power status and it has following function.

>> Turn off your device

The first 4 frames of the screenshot, starting with Device Storage are the scrolling options. Fast = 2 second delay, Normal = 4 second and Slow = 8 second. Frame 5 is the selection menu, and Frame 6 is the Single Line option

IndicatorBattery graphically displays the amount of battery power you have left in a percentage on the upper right part of the display over all running applications. You can set the alert level and when the power is below the level the indicator will change from green to red
