EasyCurrency is an Euro convertor.
Programmed in Visual Basic, it uses only 32kb if you already have the runtimes installed. But, it is a very simple program that is really only interesting as a one-off.
It is up to you to update the TXT file with the daily conversion rates: so it is probably just as easy to use Excel
