Installation and Setup Instructions:
1) Download and unpack GORAPSWeather.zip
2) Open GorapsWeather.mscr with a text editor and make the appropriate changes to the two variables: location and units.

Dasher is a text entry interface which is operated by continuous movement of the stylus. It incorporates a language model which allows Dasher to predict text.
After 1 hours practice, novice users can expect to reach writing speeds of about 20 wpm. Expert writing speed is approx 34 wpm.
Dasher users make 50% less errors than keyboard users
SysColor Changer is a Pocket PC application to change the system colors, e.g. system text color.
Usage Notes:
Select a component from the dropdown list that you wish to change.
Tap on the color box to select a color for the component.
Tap on the "Apply" after selecting the colors for all the components.
Exit and Soft Reset to activate the changes
