Mobile GMaps is a FREE application that displays maps from various sources like Yahoo! Maps, Windows Live Local, Ask.com and Open Street Map on Java J2ME-enabled mobile phones, PDAs and other devices. MGMaps can connect to a GPS receiver over bluetooth or use internal GPS features on some phones in order to automatically display the map for your current position
GPS Test - This software tests the connection between your GPS unit and your smartphone. It displays satellite signal and position information as well as your current position, speed and bearing. The software has a night mode for use in low light conditions
Sqij - Traffic - This applet receives traffic incident alerts from zones that you can personalize. You can setup monitoring of a whole city, or individual ZIP codes, with filtering on different severity levels. You can optionally press a key to retrieve a small, mobile-optimized map of the affected area
Sqij - Weather (Smartphone) - Get weather information for any city in the world on your mobile phone.
Like all SQIJ applets, all wireless data is kept to a minimum, saving you money!
Setup Note: after installing the SQIJ application software and signing-in, select the ''Add a Sqij'' icon then enter ''weather'' in the Search box
J2ME OGC WMS Client is a program for accessing OGC Web map services from Java enabled mobile phone or PDAs.
It accesses the OGC WMS according to WMS 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 specifications and supports zooming and panning in the Map, WMS sublayers, and a bookmark management system for quick access.
