Pocket M3Gate - Pocket M3Gate is a WAP navigator. It supports the WML pages that you might usually view on your mobile phone.
The interface very much resembles that of Pocket Internet Explorer with the ability to define favourites. However, I could not get a easy to read font.
Pocket M3Gate uses HTTP, so there's no need for a WAP gateway
SSL Cache Control - SSL Cache Control is a smiple program that changes the base configuration of Pocket IE: for the obvious security reasons, everything you query on a site secured by SSL (normally, these pages have a URL that starts with https://) is not stored in the cache of your Pocket PC
Skey - Skey is a very simple program that will render great service to those needing to work in an environment that makes use of One-Time Passwords (OTP).
It involves a system of strong authentication based on the challenge/response principle where a password is valid for only one session
Internet Explorer Tools - Internet Explorer Tools allows you to adjust Internet Explorer settings on your Pocket PC. You can enable/disable JScript support, as well as changing the amount of storage available for temporary Internet files.

Phone SIP - Phone SIP implements a SIP (Software-Based Input Panel), a kind of Pocket PC virtual keyboard, allowing you to write text using traditional cellphone input.
The panel is still at a very early development stage - and not really complete in functionality, but it gives a general idea of how it would work out
ColorPicker - An amusing freeware that will let you personalize every one of your screens, without exception, by modifying the color of the components you want (title bar, menu backgrounds, etc...), like the Appearance tab of Windows Display Properties.

You can play on the transparency so as not to disturb the running application and an icon on the system tray lets you hide the mascot
