Based on your defined, pre-set triggers, when a Mail911 user receives an email with the key word(s), phrase or important details, the BlackBerry can vibrate, the screen can flash and specified audio can play, continuing to do so until the message is read. You can specify the combination of alerting actions and the message urgency by profile. In addition, the sender receives a notification email, letting them know that their message was received, and, once the message is opened, the sender receives another message letting them know their email has been read. No more wondering if the message was received. A GPS location link using Bing, Google or BlackBerry maps can also be sent to the originator if that is important.
