SendReceiveAll In the default Windows Mobile client, if you have multiple email accounts and they are set to manual download, while checking mail you need to go to each account and click send and receive. This is a bit tedious.

You can make categories and for each category you can add calls. When you add a call the program will update your Twitter.com account
