His works include thrillers, horror, mystery and detective novels, but his greatest creation is undoubtedly the evil genius, Dr. Fu-Manchu. All of Sax Rohmer's works contain three core elements that account for their continuing ability to fascinate: "the notion of conspiracy which is based upon a corporate, international secret society, ... the notion of a parallel supernatural plane of existence and the notion of eternal recurrence [reincarnation]." Now, you can read 15 of Sax Rohmer's most famous novels in The Fu Manchu Collection.
The Fu Manchu Collection includes:

While he received little formal education, Rohmer had a life-long interest in Egyptology and the occult. After emigrating to the United States, Rohmer died in White Plains, New York in 1959.
