ShellSwitcher was implemented as a Windows Mobile system utility for fast switching between well known shells: Spb Mobile Shell, Titanium (WM6.5 default shell), Touch Flo 3D, HTC Sense and classic Today screen. This application is based on UI Switcher knowledge with some additional features
ShortcutFingerer - ShortcutFingerer is a finger-friendly alternative to the start menu.
When you run the app, it will create a pad of buttons for each start menu entry. Press the left and right buttons to change the page.
Tapping on a LNK file will open it with the associated application
ShortcutStarter - ShortcutStarter is an alternate start menu program launcher. It also has a built-in start menu LNK file manager.
When you start the app, it displays a list of the shortcuts in your start menu. Tapping on a file name will start the LNK file with the associated application

Smaller HTC Menus enhancement is very finger friendly but it also limits the number of items you can see at one time and you have to scroll down to get to the rest, which can be annoying at times. This modification will make the items smaller so more items can fit.
Note: You must have HTC Menus enhancement cooked in rom or installed
